How to Make Cake

Ingredients:

12 eggs
1/4 kg of butter
3/8 kg of sugar
2 sachet of vanilla
1/2 tbs of Ovalet
3 1/2 ons of wheat flour
5 tbs of milk powder
1 package of chocolate powder.

Steps:

1. Remove the egg yolk and albumen and place them in different bowl.
2. Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla, and ovalet for 10 minutes.
3. Put the yolk into the dough and blend again at least 10 minutes.
4. Pour the wheat flour little by little into the dough and stir well.
5. Pour the milk powder little by little into the dough and stir well.
6. Pour the chocolate powder little by little into the dough and stir well.
7. Blend the albumen around 5 minutes.
8. Pour the albumen into the dough. Blend them around 10 minutes.
9. Prepare a baking pan lubricated with butter. Pour the dough. Put into the oven and bake
around 40 minutes in 25 degrees celcius.
10. Lift the cake and put on the plate. Spread some sugar on it. The bolu cake is ready to
serve.
How to make fried rice

Material:
2 plates of rice
1 clove of garlic and onion
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 egg, beaten
100 grams of chicken meat
1 tablespoon cooking oil
Salt

Steps:
1. First Heat oil and saute garlic until the garlic smell out, and also saute onion.
2. After that Add chicken, stir briefly until slightly cooked.
3. Next Add the eggs, stirring until eggs are cooked cracked.
4. And Then Insert white rice, tomato sauce, and salt, mix well with the spices.
5. After the, the present suit your taste,you can add fried shrimp, or even crackers.

Crunchy Fried Chicken

Materials:
1. 10 pieces of chicken meat
2. 2 pieces of garlic, crushed
3. 1 tsp. of pepper powder
4. 1 gr red pepper, crushed
5. 1 tsp. of fine salt
6. Cooking oil

Ingredients for liquid layer:

1. 350 ml of cold water


2. 350 gr flour
3. 50 gr cornstarch
4. 2 egg yolks
5. tbs. of liquid milk
6. 1 tsp. of baking soda
7. 1 tsp. of fine salt
8. 1 tsp. of pepper powder

Material for dry layer:

1. 500 gr of wheat flour


2. 150 gr of cornstarch
3. 1 tsp. of instant chicken broth
4. 2 pieces of garlic, crushed
5. tsp. of fine salt
6. 0.5 tsp. of baking soda

Step:

1. Create a liquid layer mixture by mixing the flour, cornstarch, milk powder, baking powder,
pepper, salt and flavorings. Stir well.

2. Add egg yolk and water gradually, stir until blended. Then store in the refrigerator.

3. Make dry layer by mixing all the dry layer material. Stir well and then set aside.

4. Spice up chicken meat with salt, pepper, chili that has been crushed and garlic. Then stir
well. In order to the seasoning absorb well, save for 15 minutes.

5. Roll the chicken meat into the dry layer mixture until the entire surface of the meat is
covered by flour.
6. Dip into a liquid layer mixture and then roll back into the dry layer. Knead the chicken
meat in order to absorb well. Repeat this step up to 2 times to get crispier and tastier
fried chicken.

7. Heat oil, and then fry chicken meat using medium heat.

8. Once the chicken meat is yellow-brown and dry, Remove and drain.

9. Crunchy fried chicken is ready to be served with a sauce or gravy

HOW TO MAKE FRUIT SALAD

Ingredients:
1 Apple
1 Pear
1/2 Melon
5 Grapes
4 Strawberries
3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
1 small bottle of Yoghurt
Utensils:
Knife
Bowl
Cutting board
Spoon
Step:
1. First wash the fruits, peel and seed the fruit if needed.
2. Slice and cut them in cubes.
3. Arrange them in a bowl, then pour mayonnaise and yoghurt over it.
4. Mix them until blended.
5. Refrigerate them until cold. Serve cold.
