    Project Completion Check-List

    Put your name of the front of your art with black sharpie
    (Bottom right if possible)

    Attach rubric to the back of the project using a tape donut

    Fill out the entire rubric accurately


    (Name, project title, rate yourself in the 4 categories, and learning target)

    Add photo of the project to your digital portfolio

    Write an artist statement and add it to your digital portfolio


    Use the Artist Statement Guidelines Sheet for help, which is also posted on the homepage of the website
