What is interview ?

A job interview is a meeting organised by a recruiter used to evaluate a potential

employee for prospective employment at a company.

What is the purpose of an interview ?

1. Discovery,

which is to gain a new awareness of the qualitative aspects of a problem

2. Psychological measurements:

data obtained from interviews will be interpreted in order to gain an understanding of

the subject in order to diagnose subject problems and address the problem.

3. Collection of research data:

information collected to obtain an explanation or understanding of a phenomenon.
