This study report entitled "CONSUMER PERCEPTION

TOWARDS ONLINE SHOPPING & ITS IMPACT" study was

undertaken by me in partial fulfillment of the requirement for

M.B.A.

The main purpose of this is to analyses the tourist spot for

"CONSUMER PERCEPTION TOWARDS ONLINE

SHOPPING & ITS IMPACT" the report is divided into various

segments at requirement of the topics which are denoted in

contents.

I hope this study will prove useful for academic as well as

practical purpose.
