Chapter 3.

Scope of work
The Scope of work for the consultant employed selected through the
tendering process shall be to develop the design provided by the company into
complete detail design and further into construction design and work out all the
preliminary & detailed costing necessary to complete the township project.

All the design information including drawings, specifications, reports and the
bill of quantities should be done by the employed consultant who will be responsible
for research, analyze and satisfy itself to carry out all the requirements of the
company.

The consultant who will employed during the tendering process shall
commence reviewing the Companys design after receiving the design from the
company; as to feasibility, adequacy, accuracy etc. thereof and propose any changes
to the whole or any part of the companys design and both parties shall arrive at
mutual agreement on such design changes including adjustment of time of
completion and/or contract value within the company within a timeframe provided
by the company in the Integrated Project Schedule
