Terms & Conditions:-
1. Price and Specifications are subject to change without prior notice, Prices and offers prevailing at the time of delivery, will be applicable.
2. At the time of booking, the customer has to pay Rs. 20,000/- towards an advance for booking the Car.
3. In event of any booking amount/full payment cancellation, amount will be refunded without any interest
4. Refund will be provided by cheque within 10 working days of cancellation of booking with letter of request & original booking receipt.
5. Interest on the Booking Amount @ 8% pa is payable by the dealership to customers for all deliveries delayed beyond 90-days of booking
6. Once RTO tax & insurance amount has been paid the vehicle cannot be Changed/Replaced/Cancelled.
7. 1% TCS (Tax Collection at Source) is applicable on the value of the invoice
(a) for all vehicles with Invoice value greater than 10 lakh rupees
or
(b) for all transactions (towards sale of Cars or sale of parts or sale of spares or cost of services), with cash payment exceeding 2 Lakh Rupees.
8. Finance & Exchange Facility is also available. All rights of approval & loan disbursement are reserved with the bank/financier.

11.Above RTO / registration charges are for Individual, for corporate registration, kindly check the applicable charges. figo

12.RTO / registration charges are including the cost of standard number plate, additional cost of Rs. will be charged for the same.
13.Temporary registration charges of Rs. 2000 will be applicable in case of self-registration by customer.
14.All Payments has to be made through Cash/DD/Cheque in favor of GAUTAMBUDH CARS PVT LTD payable at NOIDA
15.All disputes are subject to NOIDA Jurisdiction.
