    WARRANTY DOCUMENT

    PROJECT TITLE : Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Car Park lifts from ALS Logistic

    solutions LLC.

    CUSTOMER : Mohammed Sharafi, Dubai

    ALS has installed and commissioned the above car park lifts and handed over same to the customer for
    using from 7th July, 2016.

    Model: 411 car park


    Load capacity: maximum of 2.6 tons per car
    Quantity: 2 numbers.

    ALS Logistic Solutions hereby certify that all equipments and products delivered under the contract
    carries a warranty of 12 months against any manufacturing defects from the date of handover. This
    Warranty will not be valid on damages due to user error or lack of adequate maintenance.

    Warranty is valid till 7th July 2017.
