    A. Airway
    Crash call if you are on your own
    Obstructed airway airway adjuncts used (LMA, Hi-gal, Gadelle)
    B. Breathing
    Check resp rate (14-21) + O2 sat (norm 96-98) (copd 88-92)
    IPPA (Inspect, Palpate, Percuss, Auscultate)
    Positioning of Patient
    Oxygen therapy 15L/min High flow initially always!
    C. Circulation
    HR, Auscultate, Capillary refill (HOLD FOR 5 s Central chest/
    Peripheral Finger), Skin colour / Cyanosis (central
    tongue/peripheral fingers)
    D. Disability
    Pupillary reflex
    Temperature
    Glucose
    AVPU/GCS
    Limb tone. Movements
    E. Exposure
    Rash
    Call senior
