Description of the artifact and how it meets the standard and criteria:

This artifact is notes from a meeting of the Tier 2 committee that I am on. This
committee is new to me this year, and I am really looking forward to learning about what
they do and how they help kids at our school. Being on this committee shows how I am
contributing to efforts in our school and district, specifically the new SAIG groups that
the Tier 2 team is starting up. This is a new effort in our school to help meet the needs
of students in and out of the classroom.

Reflection on the artifact:

I am really looking forward to being a part of this committee and working with all of the
other great educators that are a part of it as well. I think being on this committee will
help me grow as a teacher as well and help make decisions for the students in my own
classroom. I am also looking forward to the SAIG groups that we are working to start
and how they may benefit a number of students.
