    Beef Preview Sponsorship Form

    The Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity at Michigan State University is hosting a Beef Cattle
    preview show, on February 9th-11th, 2018 benefiting Michigan AgrAbility. Michigan AgrAbility helps
    those with disabilities employed in agriculture to continue farming and live independently. The
    gentlemen of Alpha Gamma Rho would like to thank you for choosing to sponsor this years Beef
    Preview Show. All donations will go towards the event with proceeds benefiting Michigan AgrAbility.
    We are open to accepting any donations, please check those that apply and fill out the contact
    information below. **To have your company logo on the T-shirt, we must have the design by no
    later than January 4th.
    Monetary Donation
    Gold - $500 +
    Includes: Opportunity to hang a large banner provided by donor with company
    logo in show arena, logo on T-Shirt, Two (2) Beef Preview T-shirts.
    Silver - $150 to $499
    Includes: Opportunity to hang a small banner provided by donor with company
    logo in show arena, logo on T-Shirt, Two (2) Beef Preview T-Shirts.
    Bronze - $50 to $149
    Includes: Company name on T-Shirt, One (1) Beef preview T-Shirt.
    Benefactor Any other
    Includes: One (1) Beef Preview T- Shirt.
