NCCT STUDY OF KUB REGION

Right Kidney is normal in size and position. Moderate hydronephrosis is


seen. Radio opaque calculi are seen in inferior calyx measuring 3mm and
3.5mm. No mass lesion is seen.
Left Kidney is normal in size and position. Moderate hydronephrosis is
seen. Radio-opaque calculus measuring 6.5mm is seen in inferior calyx.
No mass lesion is seen.
Both ureters are dilated. Right middle ureter shows a radio opaque
calculus measuring 14mm .Left proximal ureter shows a radio opaque
calculus measuring 17mm.
Urinary Bladder is normal in contour with normal lumen. No calculus or
mass lesion is seen. UB walls are not thickened.
Uterus is normal in size and shows homogenous myometrial density. No
endometrial collection is seen. No mass lesion is seen.
Cervix is normal.
No adnexal mass lesion is seen.
No free fluid is seen in Cul-de-Sac.
Bowel loops are seen normally. No abnormally thickened / edematous bowel
loop is seen. No collection is seen. No bowel origin mass lesion is
seen.

OPINION:

BILATERAL RENAL CALCULI WITH BILATERAL URETERIC CALCULI WITH


BILATERAL MODERATE HYDRO-URETERONEPHROSIS .

Clinical correlation is necessary.
