RESOLVED that the consent of the Board, be and given to take on rent the
BASEMENT FLOOR PORTION HAVING ITS AREA MEASURING 1300 SQ. FTS.
(APPROX.) WITHOUT ROOF RIGHTS, part of Freehold Built up Property Bearing
No. GI -34, situated at G. T. Karnal Road Industrial Area, Delhi -110033.

Resolved further that Mr. Aditya Jain, son of Late Sh. Ajaya Jain, resident of C-7/7,
First Floor, Rana Pratap Bagh, Delhi -110007, be and is hereby authorized to
individually sign all deeds and documents on behalf of the company for the purpose of
rent/ lease. To sign, register the Rent Agreement of the said company in the office of
the Sub- Registrar / Registrar concerned and any other matter related to it.
