Murder of Sunil Joshi

Swami Aseemanand was accompanied by Sunil Joshi when they met Mohan
Bhagwat and Indresh Kumar.
Later during investigations, Sunil Joshi was found to be murdered.
Maharashtra ATS and National Investigative Agency ( NIA ) had charged Sadhvi
Pragya Singh Thakur with murder of Sunil Joshi , later though no evidence was
found against her.
I have strong suspicion that Sunil Joshi was murdered by Maharashtra ATS and
National Investigative Agency ( NIA ). He was an RSS Man.
He was most likely murdered at the behest of Senior Leaders of RSS.
Though both Maharashtra ATS and National Investigative Agency ( NIA ) tried to
implicate Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur.
Both BJP and Shiv Sena are ( Anti Hindu ) Hindutva Parties.
Hundreds of Hindutva Leaders since early days of independence were murdered
by Muslim Organizations, while Senior RSS Leaders looked the other way. These
Muslim Organizations are propped by Rothschild, using Secret Services like CIA
or KGB.

Reasons for Bomb Blasts on Muslim dominated areas

Bomb blasts in Muslim dominated localities and mosques as revenge for attacks
on Hindu temples. Islamic Terrorists deliberately targeted crowded Hindu
Temples on festive occasions for bomb blasts. They also struck crowded bazaars
on festive occasions like eve of Diwali, to inflict maximum damage.

Almost all of them went scot free, when UPA Government ( under Congress
President Sonia Gandhi ) was in power, while Senior Leaders of RSS, VHP &
SANGH PARIVAR looked the other way. Most of whom were arrested jumped bail, as
they easily got bail because investigation agencies conveniently could not find any
evidence against them.

After they all jumped bail, Investigating Agencies claimed that they could not be re-
arrested because they had escaped to Dubai and Pakistan. This was a lie circulated
by Investigating Agencies, when UPA Government was in power, since it eventually
turned out that most of them were living in India, also in the same localities where
they were originally arrested.
UPA Government ( under Congress President Sonia Gandhi ) deliberately helped
Islamic Terrorists get away with Terror strikes, which killed hundreds.

When UPA Government led by Congress President Sonia Gandhi, was in power,
not one single Islamic Terrorist was prosecuted, let alone convicted, almost all of
them got bail. After they jumped bail, Investigating Agencies lied that they could not
be re-arrested because they had escaped to Dubai and Pakistan.

In retaliation, Hindutva activists led by Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur and Swami
Aseemanand decided ..Bomb ka badla bomb.. to hit back against Terror attacks
on Hindu Temples.
However they did not realize that Hindu Community had far greater threat from
( Anti Hindu ) Hindutva Parties, sponsored by Rothschild, using KGB or CIA.
These ( Anti Hindu ) Hindutva Parties BJP & Shiv Sena, are far greater threat to

How Maharashtra ATS and National Investigative Agency

( NIA ) Tortured and Abused Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur..?
This was done at the behest of UPA Government, which was led by Congress
President Sonia Gandhi. Rothschild controlled Indian newspapers led by The
Times of India condoned Torture and Abuse of Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur.

1. Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur was hanged NAKED upside down , made to watch

3. Sadhvi Pragya's affidavit: ..I was beaten day and night, my chastity was
questioned. I wanted to commit suicide...
4. Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur told the court that she is being subjected to acute
mental and physical torture and ill-treatment by the Anti-Hindu Congress-
NCP controlled Maharashtra ATS.
5. She claimed that Maharashtra ATS asked her disciple Mr Bhimbhai Pasricha
to beat her with sticks, belts etc, on her palms, forehands, soles, etc. When Mr
Pasricha refused to do so, he was severely beaten by the Maharashtra ATS.
Ultimately with the greatest reluctance, he complied with the Maharashtra ATS
orders but obviously being her disciple, he exerted the very minimum of force
on me. He was then pushed aside by a member of the Maharashtra ATS squad
knows as Khanwilkar, who then himself commenced beating her severely with
a belt on my hands, forearms, palms, feet, soles, causing me bruises, swelling
and contusions in these areas.
6. Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur claimed that from the 13th day onwards, she was
beaten during the day, night and midnight. On two occasions she was even
woken up in the early hours of the morning at 4 am and questioned about my
knowledge of the blasts. On these occasions, she was beaten by a senior officer
having a moustache, whom she can identify. In addition she was subjected to
vulgar abuse and obscene language by members of the ATS team interrogating
me. Her Guru was abused and her chastity was questioned. She was physically
and verbally traumatized to the extent that I wanted to commit suicide. As a
result of the custodial violence/torture, she started suffering from mental stress,
and psychosomatic illnesses like acute abdominal and kidney pains. She lost her
appetite, became nauseous and giddy and prone to having bouts of
unconsciousness.
7. The Maharashtra ATS, however, has denied the allegations. Her relatives moved
an application before the court alleging they werent allowed to meet her in jail.
8. Sadhvi's lawyer Ganesh Sovani said that she was assaulted by an officer named
Kanvikar. Just because she is a Hindu, she is being harassed like this. It is no
ones guess that Hindus or the so-called Majority have no rights in India. They
had questioned her in the night, using the filthiest possible language.
 9. Sadhvi's lawyer Ganesh Sovani said that ..She was beaten up so badly on
her palms by sticks that her hands turned black
10. Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur said there was no lady officer was present during
her interrogation, as required under the law.

Special public prosecutor Rohini Salian, however, dismissed all allegations as an

afterthought.

Lt- Col Shrikant Prasad Purohit , Swami Aseemanand , Sameer Kulkarni , Ajay

others were also tortured by Maharashtra ATS and National Investigative
Agency ( NIA ) in a similar manner on orders of UPA Government, which was
under Congress President Sonia Gandhi. They were taken to isolated hideouts
deep inside jungles where they were tortured for weeks. Being men they did not
complain about it.

Sources close to the top echelons of both the RSS and the BJP said :
Lt- Col Shrikant Prasad Purohit , Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur, Swami
Aseemanand and his associates belonged to a "fringe group"..
They said such groups had always remained on the periphery of the Parivar for the
past several decades, but they never enjoyed the patronage of the leadership.
BJP, RSS, VHP and affiliate Sangh Parivar Organizations also refused to give any
legal assistance to Hindutva activists accused of Saffron Terrorism.
Nevertheless, RSS General Secretary and member of National Executive Council,
convenor of Muslim Rastriya Manch - Indresh Kumar ( a close associate of Mohan
Bhagwat ) was represented by Meenakshi Lekhi now BJP MP.

The firebrand leader of the Bhartiya Janshakti Party, Uma Bharti, had expressed
shock that the BJP , RSS, VHP and the broader Sangh Parivar Groups were

Mumbai: Two key suspects in the 2008 Malegaon blasts case,
Sandeep Dange and Ram Kalsangra, are no more, but still being
shown as alive by police, a suspended police officer has claimed. In
an affidavit fled before a Solapur court in August,Mahboob Mujawar;
an accused in a separate case of criminal intimidation and under the
Arms Act, also alleged that the duo were killed by police officers.
Mujawar was deputed by the director general of polices office to the
ATS team probing the Malegaon blasts. He was part of the team till
March 2009. The Solapur magistrates court is hearing the case
against Mujawar. The Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism squad (ATS) and
subsequently the NIA, which took over the probe from the former,
have claimed that Dange and Kalsangra are on the run.
The duo is accused of planting the bombs in Malegaon that killed six
and injured 101 in September 2008, and suspects in the 2006 blast,
which injured over 300, as well. Islamist terrorists were the initial
suspects in the 2008 attack, but a probe by the ATS later pointed to
the involvement of Hindu extremists. In a supplementary
chargesheet filed beforeaspecial court this May; the NIA accused the
ATS of planting RDX traces to name Lt Col P S Purohit, and let off
Sadhvi Pragya Thakur and Five others, citing insuficient evidence.
The trial is under way
Mujawar said less than a year after the 2008 blast, he had written to
senior police officers saying he had been falsely accused in the
case of criminal intimidation and under the Arms Act while senior
police officers killed Dange and Kalsangra and buried the matter He
also said he had written to the DGP in 2009 seekinga probe into
their alleged killing.
Referring to Dange and Kalsangra, he said, This case is having its
effect on important national issues in relation to cases involving
Sandeep Dange and Ramji Kalsangra (who are, in fact, no more but
are shown alive in Malegaon bomb blast cases by police officers of
higher rank) and. .also involving... issue regarding 600 kg explosive
RDX.
When contacted by the media, Mujawar said: I was suspended from
the ATS in April 2009 after serving the agency for five months as I
was a witness to the murders...
In the affidavit he does not mention being a witness.
On Friday the matter came up before the trial court during a hearing
on a plea by NIA Special Public Prosecutor Avinash Rasal concerning
documents missing from 'court records. During the proceedings,
Purohit showed the court a copy of a news report about Mujawars
claims.
 When the court asked the NIA, what it planned to do about the
claims, investigation officer
Anil Dubey said they would verify them.
Maharashtra chief minister Devendra Fadnavis also said the state
government would have a serious look into the matter: He said that
while Mujawars allegations were very serious, we need to see why
there was no action taken on the 2009 letter to the DGR.. We will
have to verify whether the allegations are true.Mujawar told TOI,
Whatever I have stated in the affidavit is fact. I will be making my
statement before the magistrate soon in the matter to bring on
record what I witnessed and what I know
He is not the first to claim that Dange and Kalsangra were killed.
Kalsangras brother Shivnarayan, who is an accused in the 2008
blasts case, has been telling court that Ram was eliminated by
police ofticers, said his lawyer Naveen Chomal.

Why were they murdered..?

Because both were liability to the RSS.
All genuine and committed Hindutva Leaders were set up by Senior Leaders of RSS to
meet their doom.
Rothschild sponsored Muslim organizations regularly eliminate genuine and
committed Hindutva Leaders, while Senior Leaders of RSS look the other way. A
former Police Commissioner had written way back in the 2005, in an article in The
Times of India that more than 9 top Hindutva Leaders were eliminated within 10
years between 1960s and 1970s.
Senior Leaders of RSS are No 1 Traitors to Hindu community.

Now that so called Hindutva Leader Narendra Modi is in power, why is he not
punishing those police officers who killed - Sandeep Dange and Ram Kalsangra..?
Suspended Officer Mahboob Mujawar has claimed that he was a witness to the
murders, so they have a WITNESS. They dont need any more evidence against those
police officers. An average Indian can be convinced that they would not have
BUMPED OFF the duo, had they not be assured of complete protection against
prosecution by their seniors. I am also quite confident that the police officers had no
personal enemity against Sandeep Dange and Ram Kalsangra.
Narendra Modi Government will make sure that all Hindu Extremists accused in
various Bomb Blasts cases rot in Jail as long as he is the Prime Minister and BJP is in
power in the centre. In case Congress President Sonia Gandhi returns to power in
another dispensation, she will make sure that all Hindu Extremists are sentenced to
life imprisonment, that is until Death.
Then the ..Naqli.. Hindutva Leaders of RSS, VHP & Hindu Mahasabha would take
the opportunity to protest against the sentences given to Hindutva Activists
accused of Saffron Terrorism. Then they will ask Hindu Community to vote for BJP
once again.
