TO answer what makes me different form others, its my capability to observe things in and around
me to make the best out of the situation is one such thing which makes me different from others.
Secondly, the way I look up to a problem is with a it has to have a solution attitude. My thinking
revolves around the philosophy that theres a solution to every problems. This helps me exploring
new possibilities in all aspects of that thing. My consistency to learn and adapt to situations as and
when required is another additive to something where I stand different from others.

My career goals in immediate future are to achieve and alignment with business
strategy wherein I can utilize and implement and at the same time learn and grasp as
much knowledge and skills as possible from my peers, subordinates, and leaders. This
will help me exploring opportunities within me to improve and develop myself in all the
aspects of a sustainable career.
