Greetings from Kaanger Valley family!

Your appreciation for our concern towards the students safety has been a source of
inspiration for all of us here at KVA.

You are aware of the fact that main building of the School has already been put
under CCTV surveillance. Now to add to the degree of vigilance, we are expanding
this facility beyond the classroom so as to reach all sensitive areas of the School
such as Parking Place, Main Gate etc.

Shortly we will be issuing Entry passes for the students, parents and all the
employees of the School. The entry pass will have to be produced on demand at
the time of entering the campus. Anyone who doesnt carry the card will have to
seek an appointment before entering the campus, which will be facilitated at the
Main Gate. Similarly, any person authorized by you to meet anyone in the School
must carry the card along with him/her. Kindly cooperate.

Students with valid driving license only will be allowed to enter the School
premises. All three wheelers and four wheelers will be given a vehicle pass to
enable them to enter the campus. Parents, whose wards come through own
arrangements may secure a valid pass for the same from the School Office.

We would like to suggest you to retain a copy of Aadhaar Card and other necessary
documents of the driver at your end. Further we are also concerned about the safety
of the children who avail private transport. Often it is seen that these vehicles come
to the School overloaded, compromising with the safety to which we would like to
draw your attention.

Its high time that we make our children aware of their own safety. Please instruct
them not to board any other vehicle other than the one they are used to. They
should be alert enough to report any untoward/ undue incidence to their elders
immediately.
