I already filed the Amended Complaint and deposited the check for the additional taking [easements].
I’m gone this week, but I’ll be able to move forward on the Order for Possession when I get back to the
office next week. I’ll also start work on the State Park land condemnation next week if the
condemnation package from DOJ arrives this week.
