    heart maps & generating 1.4-1.6 iceboat phenomena challenge
    ideas for narrative topics
    telling time and Social Studies
    Reading: working with
    elapsed time learning the roles of each
    turn & talks and stop-think- branch of government
    jots

    Reminders
    Spelling Words Next Week
    You will see a list of spelling words and spelling homework in your childs
    take home folders on Monday. These words are back to school practice
    words that will help us get used to the word work routines and homework .

    We will be launching spelling the following week with grade level


    appropriate words based on individual needs.

    Back to School Night


    Please join me at Back to School Night on Tuesday, September 26th. The
    night begins at 6:00pm. I look forward to meeting you!

    Reading Logs Due Monday 10/2


    Please remind your child that they need to hand in their reading logs
    on Monday, October 2nd.
