Terms and Conditions

1) The new pricing entails monthly volume commitments and rates will be implemented accordingly and
Telenor reserves the right to changes prices
2) Failure to fulfill the aforementioned commitment by the client will lead to revision of prices by Telenor
Pakistan
3) In order to ensure that the SMS is sent to the client without being blocked, the client has to add a brand
name (Signature) in the message content pre-approved by Telenor. The signature should not be changed
without intimating and getting Telenors consent first to avoid disruption of service.

4) Any sort of SMS termination for International Clients (International Clients for this purpose shall mean the
name on a particular product used in more than one country is an international brand; however any local
brand with international presence would be treated as local if and only if it is registered as a corporate tax
payer with FBR, Pakistan) are strictly prohibited. Any client/resellers found guilty of doing so will be
penalized PKR. 30M and shall result in immediate termination of service and blacklisting. For avoidance of
doubt, the Parties agree that the aforementioned definition for International Clients serves as a guideline,
and Telenor reserves the final authority with respect to the decision that whether the client needs to send
traffic via international route or domestic route
5) All the terms of the Postpaid Connection Form (PCF) executed by you (in respect of your Telenor connection)
shall apply provided that in the case of any discrepancy, the terms noted herein shall supersede the terms
noted in the PCF.
6) Telenor issues no warranties in respect of the product or service, and Telenors only obligation in respect of
any defect in the product shall be limited to making available to you (to the extent permissible and/or
possible) the warranties issued by the supplier of the product
7) Accordingly, TELENOR shall not be liable for any loss, harm, damage, expense etc. that you may suffer or be
threatened with on account of any disruption or malfunction of the services, or in case the services do not in
any manner perform in accordance with your expectations, or industry or other standards etc.
8) You acknowledge that pursuant to expiration or early termination of the agreement between TELENOR and
the supplier of the product you may no longer be able to use the products in relation to the services, and
confirm that this shall not result in any claim against TELENOR.
9) You shall be liable to pay for the Corporate SMS services. This is in addition to payment for other services
(e.g. voice, regular SMS, etc.) that you may avail from TELENOR.
10) With prior information to the Customer, the Usage Charges for the Corporate SMS service shall be
determined exclusively by Telenor, by reference to details of usage recorded by Telenor.
11) This Contract shall commence on the date of approval by Telenor after signing of the form overleaf by the
Customer and, subject to the provisions of this Contract, the Contract shall continue thereafter until
terminated by either party by giving not less than one months notice in writing to the other party.
12) Telenor reserves the right to issue such instructions regarding use of the Corporate SMS Service as it may
from time to time consider necessary to maintain the integrity, quality and safety of the Service for all
Customer(s) and such instructions shall be binding upon the Customer and deemed to form an integral part
of this Contract.
13) The Customer is personally responsible for the proper and lawful use of the Corporate SMS service,
communicated from the Customer Equipment and SIM Card and shall neither use nor permit any person to
use Customer Equipment, the System or the Service for prohibited purposes including:
i. Sending abusive, offensive, indecent, obscene, obnoxious, marketing, spam or menacing messages or
communications, or
ii. Intercepting or learning the contents of any message on the system, or
iii. Any improper, immoral or unlawful purpose, or for any purpose not recommended by the Customer
Equipment manufacturer or Telenor.
iv. The System/Service/SIM Card is connected to/used in a handset reported to be stolen.
14) Telenor has the right to treat the above use of the service as a ground for the suspension of the Service or
termination of this contract.
15) Telenor reserves the right to roll-back any discount offered on SMS charges if committed SMS volume is not
met by customer during a month.
