MATERIALS
FOAMCRETE-E
DESCRIPTION: CHARACTERISTICS:
CHRYSO FOAMCRETE-E is an efficient low dosage Form : Liquid
foaming admixture, which is used to produce Specific Gravity : 1.01 + 0.02 at 25C
lightweight cementitious materials (Concrete , Solubility : Infinitely soluble in water
Mortar , Cement slurry ) for a variety of insulation Chloride Content : Nil to BS : 5075 Part I
and construction applications. Water Absorption : Absorption of foamed cement
containing 60% voids
FEATURES after 3 months immersion
CHRYSO FOAMCRETE-E helps to produce a stable in water, shows only 20%
aerated mortar, by entrapping air into prepared increase in volume.

and thaw.
PACKING :
ADVANTAGES 200 kg. barrel
High efficiency even at low dosage
Excellent stability in alkaline conditions SHELF LIFE :
It can be used with all types of light weight If stored in unopened sealed container a shelf life
aggregates to produce very low density of approx one year could be expected
concrete mixes.
USES:
CHRYSO FOAMCRETE-E can be used for the
production of low-density foamed mortar and
concrete.
As flat roof insulation screeds
Insulated floor screeds.
As a backfill concrete.
Fabrication of light weight beams, blocks and
panels
Fire barrier.
Sound insulation of walls and ceilings
As encasement concrete.
DOSAGE:
As a guideline, the rate of addition generally varies
between 250 gm to 700 gm per 50 kg of cement. The
optimum dosage should be determined by site trials
with the particular mix depending upon the density,
mixing method , starting materials , aggregate
grading, strength requirement and temperature.
