muesli

Breakfast Organic muesli, organic rolls, home-made jam,


fresh fruit salad
A selection of cheeses and cold meats, boiled eggs
Freshly squeezed juice (orange, grapefruit, apple,
carrot)
Tea, coffee, herb teas, fresh milk

Lunch

Mid-afternoon snack

Dinner

Elements of a healthy daily diet


One serving of protein (eggs, cheese, soya, meat, fish) ideally 15% of
daily diet.
At least five servings of fruit and vegetables preferably more
vegetables than fruit.
At least one serving of carbohydrate (potatoes, rice, pulses such as beans
and lentils, cereals, bread).
Always try to eat fresh, organic food and avoid processed, ready-prepared,
packaged and canned goods.
