hereby appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit from this

Courts July 24, 2017 Opinion and Order granting Petitioners-Plaintiffs motion for

a preliminary injunction. See ECF No. 87. The order, ECF No. 87, is an appealable

interlocutory decision of a district court under 28 U.S.C. 1292(a)(1).
