A 22-year-old female, Phulma, underwent a CT scan of her head which found her cerebellum, brainstem, ventricles and basal cisterns to be normal size and shape with no lesions. Both of her maxillary sinuses appeared partially opacified, suggesting bilateral maxillary sinusitis, but no other abnormalities were identified.
