Current Value Stream Map

There are three important things in creating current value stream map, which is customer data,
supplier data, and business process. Customer PT. Varia Usaha Beton are contractors, where
the contractor releases an order (spesification) to batch to the supplying process (the batch
plant) and receives product as a result (Figure 3).
