Glenshire Commons and Lake association Board Meeting June 20, 2017

Present: Clark Ahlden, Susan Johnston, Judy Seyb, Sharon Hecht, Jim Kaiser, Pete

Call to Order: Clark called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm

Approval of Minutes: Minutes from the May 23 meeting were read. Jim motioned to
accept the minutes as read. Susan seconded the motion. The motion passed.

Treasurers Report: no report presented.

Lake dues: Clark reports all dues are now paid.

Lake Commons Maintenance: Sharon and Debbie walked around the lake. There are a
few geese nests which need to be picked up. Clark reports Dutch Touch Docks can repair
the north dock for $2500. They will replace the land posts with 4 new metal posts and also
replace the pier posts. Jim moved to have the north dock repair done by Dutch Touch
Docks. Susan seconded. The motion passed. Clark reports they intend to do the work soon.
Clark also reports Brown Woods should be adding the additional lake rock in the next few
weeks at the agreed upon cost of $1500.

Lake Maintenance: Susan reports she has sprayed twice and will add dye again by July 4.

Scouts: Clark reports they were here first part of June for clean up.

Website: Susan is now able to run the website and has added pictures of the lake.

New Business: A date of Sunday September 10 at 4 pm is set for the lake picnic. We
should send out 2 notices, one in August and a reminder notice at the beginning of
September.

Next Meeting: Next meeting will be Tuesday July 25 6:30 pm at Sharons home.

Adjournment: Pete motioned to adjourn the meeting. Clark seconded. Motion passed. The
meeting was adjourned at 7:30 pm.
