Sustainability reporting starts with measurement.

When you measure and you know where you are you
can put in system to understand where you are. There should be either an improvement or a change.

So its measurement, management, change and communication that needs to be integrated. It is a

system-oriented process.

Types of disclosure:
Gen standard disclosure > strategy, organizational profile, identified most important affects
Specific disclosure > Economic, environmental and social

India, Malaysia and Sri Lanka are showing a great change in how sustainability is being taken up.

If one has a sustainability report they have to follow the BRR

GRI was a guideline hence co used to misuse. Now the guidelines are being changed to make it a
standard and it would be launched by Nov 2016.

report.
