application for Notarial Commission and unto this Honorable Court most
respectfully manifests and states that:

1. She is applying for her Notarial Commission as Notary Public for and in the
City of Zamboanga;

2. She hereby manifests that she has read and understood the Notarial law and
hereby undertakes that she will faithfully comply with all the provisions of said
law.
