WHEREAS, the PAPAYA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, advertised the invitation to Bid for the UTILITY for April to December 2017 and on conspicuous place at
PAPAYA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Continuously for 7 calendar days

WHEREAS, in response to the said advertisements, three (3) bidders submitted letter of intent.
WHEREAS, upon careful examination, validation and verification of all the eligibility, technical and financial requirement, during the BID opening,
CRISTOPHER BILAN, found to be responsive with Lowest Calculated Bid.

WHEREAS, Post Qualification of the LCB will be on December 23, 2017
