3. Write introduction and methodology
4. Read through case review notes and draft data extraction form

Occupational therapist
- Do they assess every stroke patient? Yes.
- When do they assess the patient? N/A
- What are they assessing? Cognition. Visual fields/neglect etc.?
- What are their formal assessments? ACE3 (if speech and cognitively competant)
- How do they record this? On patient notes

Nurses complete 4AT

Everyone looks for mood changes, and SADQ is given if mood is noticeably changed
