Dear IUP Composition & TESOL students,

It is with great pleasure that Composition & TESOL Association (CTA) writes to invite
you to the Welcome and Welcome Back Picnic on August 26, 2017 (Saturday).
CTA is a student organization that supports Composition & TESOL students. CTA will
hold this Welcome & Welcome Back Picnic for new students to get socialized with
returning Composition & TESOL students. This picnic will be potluck-style, and
2nd/3rd/4th-year students will bring foods/drinks for the new students.

The information about our picnic is below:

Date: August 26 (Saturday)

Time: 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Place: Mack Park
What to Bring: Foods and drinks will be prepared by 2nd/3rd/4th-year cohorts. New
students do not need to bring anything.

And, if you have any question, please contact Social Events Coordinator, Jun Akiyoshi,
by email at j.akiyoshi@iup.edu.

If you have a problem finding Mack Park, Jun Akiyoshi will be waiting in front of the
Stapleton Library at 11:20 am. Then, you can walk to the Mack Park with him.

CTA hopes that many people will attend this picnic and will have fun. We are all excited
to meet new students, and we will be waiting for you!
