Subject: Yellow Stain from your dry Cleaner, your invoice 077325 dated December 27, 2016.

The NGGL Group; you installed a dry cleaning for our Dhanmondi Branch last December which
has suddenly started producing yellow stains in washed clothes specially in colorful cloths and we
are getting frequent customer complain.

At present, after each cycle there are several noticeable stains at different spots of the clothes. It
also damages actual color of the clothes. Probably the machine cant control the appropriate
solvent temperature any more. But your written specification uses phrase like Expert Stain
Remover and High Quality Wash. Being one of the largest machinery suppliers of Bangladesh,
we think you can clearly understand our present situation and how it affects our reputation.

As the product has not lived up to the specification, we ask you to repair it or replace it with another
one. If you are unable to find any suitable solution according to our demand, we request a refund
of the full purchase price, including installation.

I will appreciate your taking care of this problem in your usual procedure as early as possible.
