    Dear Sir,

    Delay in the Execution of the order

    This is regarding with my order No. ABC-555 on 25th October, 2017 with you for five (5) Asus
    laptops and ten (10) Asus DVD Writers. When your representative visited us, he assured the
    delivery to be made within two weeks, but I havent received the goods.

    As the delivery has been delayed, I have lost my customers and caused me a great financial loss
    as well as a loss of considerable good will to me.

    Please promptly dispatch the goods ensuring that I receive them not later than 27th October,
    2017.
