I've known this place for a long time because my mom was born there.

My
favourite food city is Chiclayo, which is the capital of Lambayeque. Chiclayo, which
is called the "Friendship City", is really famous for its amazing places to visit like
seor de sipan museum, its beautiful weather and its delicious food. About food,
Chiclayo has a lot of dishes like Chinguirito that it's like dried fish, Arroz con pato,
seco de cabrito, espesado that it's like pepian, Cebiche de toyo y palabritas that it's
like smal shells and sudado de pescado. My favorite food of those dishes it's
ceviche de palabritas because it's prepared with palabritas and it's seasoned with
lemon, salt and chilli pepper. I think my favourite restaurant in Chiclayo is
"Rinconcito Chiclayano", which specialises in ceviches and seco. I love that
restaurant because it's very cheap, and they offer their dishes with a big smile.
Everywhere in Chiclayo you can get traditional sweets like King kong and
machacado de membrillo. I'd love to take you to Chiclayo, you'd love it!
