Dear ADP:

As our world transitions and technology advances at such a rapid pace, there has been a
steep decline in the number of people with soft-skills. Due to the nature of this decline, the
ability of companies/employees to communicate between departments, peers, executives,
and customers has decreased. ASU and W.P. Careys School of Business have made it a
focal point to teach students about these imperative skills because of the Business
Management program and having interned 5 times, I am confident in my ability to quickly
learn, understand, and effectively communicate information about products, programs, and
advanced technologies to anyone, anywhere, and at any level.

Alongside soft-skills, I have a passion for constructing relationships and a knack for leading
people it just so happens these traits transfer perfectly into business development and
relationship management. Along this career path, I have put these skills and passions to use
representing many companies in conferences, high-stakes customer meetings,
presentations, projects, sales pitches, strategy sessions, and stakeholder meetings. I am
most productive in situations with high pressure, high pace, and a need for adaptability. I
am happiest when I am working with people, teams, traveling, or coming up with innovative
solutions for internal/external problems.
