Teaching Strategies:

Environmental Cues: I will place the bin in the sensory area and
begin to put shaving cream in the bottom. The children will observe
what Im doing and become curious, they will begin to gravitate
toward the experience.

Sensory engagement: By manipulating in the shaving cream and


rocks, the children will be able to explore their sensory feelings and
interests with real objects. They will be able to mix colours with
their fingers, and engage in conversations about what they feel and
think.
