10% interest.
 3. In case of order cancellation by the buyer, the DP 25 % will not be repaid
4. Force Majeure :
a. Non shipment : is possible in case earth quake, tsunami, hurricane, serious
flood, war, company on fire
b. Shipment delay : in case of flood, workers strike, riot.
5. Disputes : will be solved by negotiation
6. Insurance from Gunma up to Yokohama port covered by first party, but insurance
from Yokohama port up to New York port is covered by second party.
7. Shipping documents must be sent via Fedex directly to buyers address
8. Goods with low quality will be rejected and returned to first party freight collect.
9. Purchase order No. 12/PO/IV/2017 must be stated in bill of lading, invoice, and
packing list.
10. First party must provide a certificate, certifying that child labors are not
employed.
11. This contract must be signed and returned within 4 days. Otherwise, the goods
will be shipped and full payment must be made as agreed.
12. Every unit has 1 year warranty since first date of first time use.
13. Second party must provide written information about first date of first time use.
