In the Court of Common Pleas, Hamilton County, Ohio, of the Grand Jury Term Two Thousand
Fifteen,
FIRST COUNT
The Grand Jurors of the County of Hamilton, in the name and by authority of the State of Ohio, upon
their oaths do find and present that ANDREA BRADLEY, on or about the 29th day of March in the year
‘Two Thousand Fifteen at the County of Hamilton and State of Ohio aforesaid, purposely caused the
death of GLENARA BATES, DOB 1/18/2013, who was under thirteen years of age at the time of the
commission of the offense, in violation of Section 2903.01(C) of the Ohio Revised Code and against the
peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.
FIRST SPECIFIC.
ION TO FIRST COUNT
The Grand Jurors further find and specify that the said defendant, in the commission of the offense,
purposefully caused the death of GLENARA BATES, who was under thirteen years of age at the time of the
commission of the offense and the defendant was the principal offender in the commission of the offense, or
if not the principal offender, committed the offense with prior calculation or design.SECOND COUNT
‘The Grand Jurors of the County of Hamilton, in the name and by authority of the State of Ohio, upon
their oaths do find and present that ANDREA BRADLEY, on or about the 29th day of March in the year
Two Thousand Fifteen at the County of Hamilton and State of Ohio aforesaid, recklessly abused
GLENARA BATES, DOB 1/18/2013, a child under eighteen years of age, or a mentally or physically
handicapped child under twenty-one years of age , and the violation resulted in serious physical harm
to GLENARA BATES, DOB 1/18/2013, in violation of Section 2919.22(B)(1) of the Ohio Revised Code
and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.

‘The Grand Jurors of the County of Hamilton, in the name and by authority of the State of Ohio, upon
their oaths do find and present that ANDREA BRADLEY, on or about the 29th day of March in the year
‘Two Thousand Fifteen at the County of Hamilton and State of Ohio aforesaid, caused the death of
GLENARA BATES as a proximate result of the defendant recklessly committing or attem|
1g to
commit an offense of violence, to wit: ENDANGERING CHILDREN WITH SERIOUS PHYSICAL
HARM, in violation of section 2919.22(B)(1) of the Ohio Revised Code, which is a felony of the second
degree that is not a violation of 2903.03 or 2903.04 of the Revised Code, in violation of Section
2903.02(B) of the Ohio Revised Code and against the peace and dignity of the State of Ohio.
