Padhrar (Urdu: )is a village and union council (an administrative subdivision) of Khushab
District located in Punjab, Pakistan.[1]It is part of Khushab tehsil. The village of Padhrar is located at
the beginning of Soon Valley, which leads to the mountain peak of Sakesar. The village is an important
village of Khushab from the political perspective. The Malik Awan tribe of the town have an active role
in the politics of Khushab district.

A Tomb of Prominent Sheikh Spirtual leader BABA MUHAMMAD SHAH KARORI AND HIS SON
BABA HASHIM DARYA SHAH OF SYED HASHMI ZANIBIA FAMILY are in Padhrar. A renowned
journalish and spirtual leader SYED ABDULLAH SHAH Daily ALFALAH Peshawar is the son of BABA
HASHIM DARYA SHAH and grant son of BABA MUHAMMAD SHAH KARORI. Presently Pir Tareqat
Rahber Shariat SYED ZAHID HUSSAIN SHAH Son of SYED ABDULLAH SHAH is Sajjada Nasheen
of Darbar Aliya BABA MUHAMMAD SHAH KARORI.And the shrine of Hazrat pir khawja noori sarkar
is also in Pail Village very near to padhrar.Hashmi Qureshi ,Pir and awan are main cast in Pail.

Malik Karam Bakhsh Awan and his sons & grandsons, Malik Naeem Khan Awan, Malik Tahir Sarfraz
Awan, Malik Umer Aslam Awan and Malik Muzammil Ahmed Awan(Late died early 2017 february )
are some of the political figures belonging to the town.

The village is located at an equal distance of 55 kilometers from two districts of Khushab and Chakwal.
The Kalarkahar lake is 30 kilometers & Talagang is about 40-45 kilometers from this town. It is the last
village of Khushab district moving from Sargodha-Khushab to Chakwal-Rawalpindi.
Pail Padhrar
Pail Padhrar is a combination of two villages in Khushab, Pakistan. The Pail village comes under the
administrative jurisdiction of Padhrar Union Council but both are independent villages. Outside the
area both names are used as a blended names but in reality both are independent. Descendents of
Hazrat Baha ud Din Zakkariyya are Pirs of Pail. Famous Personality of Pirzada Family includes Dr.
Pirzada Wajid Hussain Shah (Chief World Trade Organization Pakistan)Pir Luqman Shah late Owner
Kyber Coal Company, Pir Ghulam Nabi Shah Whereas in Padhrar mostly maliks lived there. Literacy
rate of both villages is 80% (up to matric). Both the villages have proper educational institutes, Govt.
As well as Private. Moreover, a new private college, namely Shaoor Model College, has opened in
Padhrar. Which will further facilitate the people all around. As now they have to go either to chakwal,
Kallar Kahar or Bhochal kalan or to Khushab city for higher education.There are many political families
in pail and padhrar Malik Nameen Awan EX.Minster, Umer Aslam Awan Ex.MNA, Sumera Malik
Ex.MNA, Malik Karam Baksh Awan, Malik Bashir Awan and Sons Malik MUzamil Awan are Main
Political Families in Padhrar and in Pail Haji Pulpeer Shah, Pir Musarat Shah, Pir Akhter Shah and
families Contested Election but in 2011 Pir Zohaib Shah make PTI in Pail started his Political Career
and as in 2015 Local Bodies his BrotherPirzada Wajhat Usman Shah become First Youth Councillor
from uc padhrar and Muzamil Awan and Pir Younis Shah won 7 seat out of 12.
