Basic guideline Safety Observation

A Plan
1 Identify the place where people working
2 Plan & equip yourself with right PPEs
3 Go to the Spot of job & put yourself at a safe & correct position so that the spot is clearly seen
B Observe
4 Observe the people working without disturbing them. Be focussed on observation
5 While observing, see the observation elements as mentioned in the observation sheet.
6 Stop the work for a while taking People's consent only.
Ask for Permit if applicable & check its correctness. Talk on Procedure
Ask for JSA & Job Hazard. Get to know on hazards on the job from them
C Feedback-
Talk to the people on their Positive practices & habits. Strongly appreciate for Safe habits
Discuss on their unsafe practices. Try to know the reason. Try to solve the problem if
possible on the spot itself. If required take help from others & help to resolve the problem.
Tell them, unsafe practices will bring harm to them only. Leave these habits & be safe.
Express your expectation for observing Safe habits only later.

Be fair & independent on observation & feedback
