As the , it is my duty to perceive and check if financial statements are free from material

misstatements mistakes, errors, fraudulent when it comes to the assets and liabilities of the organization .
Some of the tasks and goals that I have in my mind as an for the school year are enlisted below.

Coordination with the Keeper of the Key

Since the Keeper of the Key wishes to have Ledger in hand, it is my duty to check and balance
the assets and liabilities that is included in that ledger including all transactions that transpired within and
outside the organization that involves funds or assets. I will look upon, together with the Keeper of the
Key, that all financial transactions must undergo strict scrutiny with the officers of the organization and
therefore request that all officers must affix their signatures at the end of every financial transaction to
provide accountability and transparency.. Any anomalies and failure to settle an account will be reported.

Anyone is free to give constructive , destructive or anything that they think will help me
accomplish the task at hand.
