MANUAL DE REGLAMENTOS PARA EL EMPLEADO

Certifico que he recibido una copia del Manual de Polizas del Empleado Temporal y que ha sido revisado junto
conmigo. Entiendo que las formas y reglamentos contenudos en este Manual han sido adoptadas
voluntariamente por Prompt Staffing y no tienen el proposito de motivar obligaciones o derechos contractules,
ni deben tomarse como garantia de empleo por un periodo determinado de tiempo, o para algun tipo especial
de trabajo.

Tambien entiendo que es mi responsibilidad ed conocer los regalmentos y nomas asentadas en este Manual y
adherirme a ellas, inclusive esos explicando la comida y los requisitos del tiempo de descanso, y que describe
las condiciones de mi empleo con Prompt Staffing. Se que si necesito mas detalles en cuanto a algun
reglamento contenido en este Manual, puedo preguntarle a mi supervisor de Prompt Staffing.

Por untimo, entiendo que Prompt Staffing puede cambiar, eliminar, o agregar a descrecion al Manual de
Polizas del Empleado Temporal, en cualquier momento, sin previo aviso o motivo establecido, en tanto que

La naturaleza de todo empleo con Prompt Staffing es A Voluntad previo mutuo consentimiento del
empleado y de Prompt Staffing. Esto quiere decir que el empleo puede dares por terminado en cualquier

EMPLOYEE POLICY HANKBOOK


I acknowledge that I have received a copy of Prompt Staffing Employee Policy Handbook and that it has been reviewed with me.
I understand that the policies and guidelines in this Handbook have been adopted voluntarily by Prompt Staffing and are not
intended to give rise to contractual rights or obligations, nor to be construed as a guarantee of employment for any specific
period of time or any specific type or work.

I also understand that I am required and responsible for knowing and adhering to the policies and guidelines set forth in this
Handbook and understand that it describes the terms of my employment at Prompt Staffing. I know that if I need more details
about a policy within the Handbook, I may ask my Prompt Staffing Supervisor.

Finally, I understand that Prompt Staffing, at their sole discretion, may change, delete or add to the Employee Policy Handbook
at any time, without advance notice or stated reason, as long as such changes are in writing and signed by an Officer of Prompt
Staffing.

AT-WILL EMPLOYMENT
The nature of all employment at Prompt Staffing is at-will, at the mutual consent of the employee and Prompt
Staffing. This means that employment may be terminated at any time, with or without cause, advance notive or stated
reason, either at the option of the employee or Prompt Staffing terms and conditions of employment including
promotions, change in job duties, locations and compensation can be changed at the sole discretion of Prompt Staffing
at any time, without advance notice or stated reason. Further, Prompt Staffing may warn, reassign, suspend demote or
terminate any employee in its sole discretion, at any time, with or without cause, advance notice or stated reason.

No employee or representative of Prompt Staffing other than the President, has any authority to change this at will
employment arrangement, or to enter into an agreement for any specified period of time. The President of Prompt
Staffing may only enter into an agreement for any specified period of time. The President of Prompt
Staffing may only enter into an agreement contrary to the foregoing if the President does so in a formal written
agreement fully executed by the President of Prompt Staffing and the employee.
