Checked for trapped pressure in bore of valve Manual Gate
and flow line. Observed 0psi. Removed valve Valve
handle and back seat valve. Installed bleed tool
and checked for trapped pressure in valve cavity.
Removed body grease fitting and 1/4 check
from grease port. Installed gauge manifold on
grease port and tested to 3000psi for 5mins Ok.
Removed bearing cap, race, bearings and dowel
pin and packing gland. Pumped out packing.
Clean and inspect stem and bonnet sealing

 surface packing. Installed new packing, race,
bearings and dowel pin. Installed old bearing
cap.
19:35hrs 19:50hrs
Opened lower master, actuated upper master and
manual wing valve observed 2003psi on flow
line. Tested manual wing valve in the open
position for external leaks for 15mins. Ok.
