AFFIDAVIT CUM UNDERTAKING CUM INDEMNITY BOND

We, Mr. Amol Sharma Son of Shri Triloki Nath Sharma and Mrs. Seema Sharma W/O Anmol Sharma R/O
20 Thakurdwara, P.O. Abupura, Distt. Muzaffar Nagar, U.P. and Mrs, Seema Sharma W/O Mr, Amol
Sharma having permanent address as A-235, I 1st floor, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan do hereby
solemnly affirm and declare as under:-

1. That MR. Sushant Ghosh Son Of Mr. Amal Kumar Ghosh and Mrs, Nandini Bhatnagar W/O Mr.
Sushant Ghosh were allotted Flat No. 1104, Abyoos Tower, Omaxe Nile, Uppal Southend, Sohna
Road, Gurgaon-122103 by M/S Omaxe Ltd. Having registered office at Shop No. 19 B, First Floor,
Omaxe Celebration Mall, Sohna Road, Gurgaon, Haryana-122001 and corporate office at Omaxe
House, 7 LSC, KALKAJI, Behind Kalkaji Post Office, Kalkaji Extension, Kalkaji, New Delhi, Delhi
110019.
2. That a Conveyance Deed was got executed by the Company in fovour of MR. Sushant Ghosh Son
Of Mr. Amal Kumar Ghosh and Mrs, Nandini Bhatnagar W/O Mr. Sushant Ghosh vide
Registration no. 23409 Dated 13.02.2009 in the office of the Sub-Registrar, Gurgaon.
3. That this property is recorded in MCG records with Unique ID 248C59U71P48 and Address The
Nile Omaxe Abyoos Tower, Sector 49,Gurugram.
4. That the said MR. MR. Sushant Ghosh Son Of Mr. Amal Kumar Ghosh and Mrs, Nandini
Bhatnagar W/O Mr. Sushant Ghosh sold the said Flat in favour of the deponent MR. Amol
Sharma and Seema Sharma W/O Amol Sharma vide Vasika no. 12072 Dated 14.08.2015 dully
signed before the Sub Registrar, Gurgaon.
5. The property tax for the said property have been dully paid.
6. That We declare and undertake that the information furnished by me is correct and nothing
material has been concealed.
7. Hence on the strength of this affidavit, request yo to update your property records and change
ownership of Flat No. 1104, Abyoos Tower, Omaxe Nile, Uppal Southend, Sohna Road, Gurgaon
in fovour of Mr. Anmol Sharma and Seema Sharma.

Verified at Gurgaon on this 06/10/2017 that the contents of the above affidavit are true and correct to
the best of my knowledge and belief and nothing has been concealed there from.
