Tarun Motta FOREWORD MCGM Circulars, Government Notifications and Policy Guidelines are important documents always needed by Architects, Licences Surveyor and 8MC Staff, not only for scrutinizing building plans but for designing the buildings as well. Over a period of time due to large number of these circulars, Notifications, compilation of these documents has become necessity of time. Taking into consideration such need PEATA (i) has taken lead and in year 1985, 1995 had published such compilations in past. In the year 2000 and 2014 PEATA (I) had again published Compact Disk (C.D.) of all compiled data with word search programme. Which ‘was inaugurated by Hon. Municipal Commissioner Shri. Sitaram Kunte in year 2014. Now, a new CD (2016) has been prepared by PEATA (I) covering various Circulars and Notifications issued after the release of the last CD in 2014, till December 2016. In this CD, the Development Control Regulations, 1991, as amended upto date, has also been included for ready reference by the users. Further, this time, additional Circulars in respect of Auto DCR, Ease of Doing Business, CRZ, Stamp Duty, Highway, etc. andalso Court Orders are added. | take this opportunity to thank and appreciate the sincere efforts in this endeavour and the initiative by Architect Shri Dilip Sanghavi, ably supported by ex-Municipal Officers, MrLalson P.
