Ladder in the pit should be adjusted.[6]

A2 to B1 [in all lifts]

There are same points as mentioned above in the
A1.
In B1 replace damaged interior flooring inside the
car.[p22, p23, p24, p25, p26]
In all machine rooms the machine room door should
open towards the outside the machine room and
should be made up of fire proof materials.
THIRD PARTY POINTS FOR NOVEL

A section (rectified
and arranged)
Warning notices after main supply is switch off
some parts remaining live. Should be displayed on
main switch.
Means to double secure the compensating chain
termination should be installed.
A rope guard to prevent the main rope leaving the
main pulley and deflection pulley. Rope slack should
be installed.
The horizontal gap between landing door panel and
upright on some floors shall be reduced between
6mm.
Additional rope grips should be provided on
governor end termination (minimum 3 rope grips on
termination).
Landing door header should be covered.
 B SECTION
The elevator is not fitted with ascending order car
over speed protection device (governor is not
installed in orderly).
Protection means against the unintended car
movement away from landing with door open is not
fitted.
The closed position of the other unlocked door panel
is not mentioned by an electric safety device.
Hand wheel device for manual rescue operation
should be smooth spoke wheel.
Electric safety device to monitor the hand wheel
device is not fitted.
Counter weight rigid screen is not fitted (screen
guard).
Electric safety device that exesive stretch or
breakage of governor is not setted.
