About Me

My name is Jovita Aileen Ramadhani. People likes to call me Ovi, Yovi, Jojo and Jovi.
Im 20 years old this year. Right now, Im studying in Bandung Institute Technology, major in
Pharmaceutical Science and Technology.

One of my friends says that Im an efficient worker. I like to make plans before doing
my work, so my works are organized. I am a calm individual who can control myself. I wont
be panic when Im handling some matters in emergency situations. I wont be carried away by
the bad situation. Ill try to find solution or new plan when my plan doesnt go my way.

In a discussion, I tend to be silent and observe my friends opinions. I have my opinion,

but I dont like to say it openly. I am not the type of person who like to debate. I always hold
my opinion. However, I still want to listen to my friends opinions and appreciate them.

As a leader, I like to give instruction to my subordinate about the works. If my

subordinates have their own opinions about their works, I will listen to them and consider their
opinion. When, Im complaining about their works I will not say it directly because it will
affect their performance in their work. I will give them a suggestion and I will appreciate them.
If there is my subordinate who cant do his assignment, I will do my best to help him, because
it is my responsibility as a leader.

I will do my best doing my work and finish it before the deadline, so I can revise it if
there is something wrong. When Im struggling in my work, I will ask my friend to help me.
Mostly, I will finish my work then I will ask my team opinions. If there is some opinion that
will make my work better I will revise my work.

Im a shy person when I meet new people. Usually, Im awkward to meet new people
but I try to find topic so I can be more closer with them. I am talkaktive individual when I meet
people who is familiar with me. I like to joke around but Im serious when Im doing my work.

I like to design using photoshop. Mostly, my work is a simple one. I can use photoshop
but I'm not really good using it. Usually when Im in a comitte, my role is in publication,
documentation and design.
