Greetings of peace.

Continuing professional education is a mandate given by professional bodies to enhance, improve, and update
the skills and knowledge of every professional individual in their own respective field, hence ensuring the
quality of the services they provide, and accountancy profession is not an exemption to this.

Abiding this mandate, on September 19, 20, 21, 22, 2017, I will be attending seminar in Butuan City to be
conducted by BIR- Butuan Region. It will be a great opportunity for me to attend the said seminar to keep
updated with the current provisions so that I can share this knowledge to my students.

With this, I am requesting your good office if you can process my payroll sheets, and hopefully to release it on
Sept 18, 2017 3:00pm (MONDAY) for I will be needing an amount of cash to defray the necessary expenses.

I understand that the preparation of payroll takes 2-3 working days, but I am writing this letter hoping that you
can consider this simple request.
