A wanderers monologue

GAYATHRI . S

S2 CS1

The bright blue glow,

The silvery haze,

Shimmered down on me,

Casting a spot light on me.

In the brightness of the night;

I caught a falling star

Clinging on to its tail,

I set my sail

Beyond the farms, meadows, cities

I floated by-

On a shooting star.

I flew on the bright night sky.

Home is a million mile away

I have wandered cities,

Countries and galaxies

Pieces here, pieces there

I gathered my bits

Sowed as many,
Yearnings, cravings,

Bite my soul

Every once in a blue moon

When I wander by home.

Wanderlust, my building thirst

I have yet light years to travel more.

I have yet light years to travel more.
