the government do to encourage young people to become
teachers?
It is true that nowadays the fewer young people choose to
become teachers less than they before, and we could have the
an acute shortage of teachers in the future. There are various
reasons explaining this phenomenon, but I believe that the

In my opinion, three main factors can be used to explain this

problem. Firstly, teachers are paid an average or low salary
althought their workload and pressure of work is enormous.

their welfare should be increased. So As a result, they could
have a comfortable life and be interested in their work. On the

make the youth understand that being a teacher is a great
