The chart above represents the activities taken on by Fergusons chapter of NHS for the 2017-18
school year. This contract states that each member will complete at least the minimum requirements listed
above in order to roll over membership, remain in good standing, and be eligible to receive their graduation
stole at the end of this school year. If the minimum requirements are not met, members must re-apply for
the following year or, if seniors, will not be eligible for a graduation stole. This contract must be signed and
turned in along with membership dues in order to be recognized as a member of the club.

Please remember 25 points are required for a stole at the end of the year and for roll-over
membership.
