    Year 2 Travel Bag Task

    Step 1: To be completed at school Questions

    Write your questions. (May 25 & 26th)

    Step 2: To be completed at home - Interview

    Choose your adult and arrange a time to interview them.

    Ask your chosen adult the questions and record the answers in
    your book.

    Step 3: To be completed at home - Prepare Your Bag

    Decorate your Travel Bag to match the place where your adult lived.

    Find out where the town/city is country and continent

    Describe where the town/city is in relation to Australia.


    Use some of the following words in your answer: north, south,
    east, west, equator, names of oceans, tropics, hemispheres,
    opposite, near, far, etc.
    Tell us how you think Australians are connected to this place today.

    Prepare your information to present to the class.


    Your presentation needs to include a map, a flag, an item to show,
    a photo or drawing and some writing.

    Step 4: To be completed at school - Presentation

    Book a time to share your Travel Bag with the class.
